Hyper MapEdit is a program for creating ISMAP map files for use with the NCSA httpd World Wide Web server. If that made sense to you, this program should be easy to use. (If it didn't, you don't need or want this program. :)
NOTICE: To use this program at all, in any capacity, you will need a Macintosh computer and a program called "HyperCard," version 2.0 or later. This is a commercial program, but it floats around a lot, because it used to be included with every Macintosh. If you have the HyperCard Player, that ought to work also. You should be able to buy either of these program from your Apple Dealer.
(Sorry, but I've had people tell me they couldn't run my software before. They had neither a Macintosh nor HyperCard.)
